Due to the fact that files are released instantly, I do not offer refunds or returns (which doesn't even make sense because its not a physical product lmao), but if in the unlikely case you work on your beat and feel like it simply doesn't click with you, I will offer a license transfer to a new beat on my store, free of charge. This can only be done once per order on one single beat

Here are 3 simple reasons: 1) I put love into every beat I make. I don't make beats using a specific formula, or a formal education (which I think is a really silly idea), I am a genuine artist and I hope you see that love and creativity put into each beat I put out. 2) My after sales care and communication is unmatched, try me and you won't be disappointed. 3) I live off of my beats, or am trying to, so you supporting me (in a way that also is predominantly beneficial to you), actually allows me to work independently, full time, on my craft. This last one is relevant to you as a (hopeful) return customer, as I can only improve if I put more time in, and my time is limited only as much as I need to work elsewhere to support myself

As of writing this, I exclusively use Splice samples as well as clips from movies, usually from Playphrase. The movie phrases are mostly covered - unless you are on the level of Billy Eilish ad-libbing The Office, you won't really need to bother with clearance, and for Splice - I am fully licensed, and Splice licenses extend into redistribution so its all cleared. If you extend your limit or are reaching that point, please reach out to me at sales@kailanmadeyouabeat.store. You can also reach out if you don't generally understand any aspect of my licensing terms. I offer extensions that are generally better priced than buying entirely new contracts, but you can also stack licenses. So if you have brought a license for 0-3,000,000 monetised streams and views, and then hit 3,000,001, and want to be covered, then you can simply purchase a new license. If I strike your beat (which I do to as many offenders as possible along with my legal team and content ID scanning), you can present both licenses as proof of coverage. I will then cross check this on my internal database, and remove any claims. Before striking, I also check to see if your channel, artist, or listed name on wherever you'd used my beats is in my database, and calculate coverage - and obviously do not strike if you're in it
